In March 2026, Shenzhen recorded a total of 7,898 first- and second-hand home online transactions, marking an increase of 117% compared to the previous two months and the highest level in nearly 11 months, according to data disclosed by Leyoujia.com. Compared to the previous two months, there were 1,571 first-hand home pre-sale online transactions in March, up 109%, while the online transactions for currently sold first-hand homes were 1,256 units, up 130%.
