LINK REIT to Cancel Free Parking from 8 Apr, Introduce HKD5/ Hr Special Parking Rate

LINK REIT (00823.HK) announced that, starting 8 April, the existing free parking arrangement at its malls will be canceled and replaced with a 'Parking Privilege' Scheme. Pursuant to the scheme, customers who spend the designated amount at its malls will be eligible to enjoy a special parking rate of $5 per hour, namely a disguised price hike.
