Tencent Cloud Official Response to OpenClaw Fee Issue

Tencent Cloud issued a response regarding security issues related to OpenClaw and Tencent's "Lobster", China Business Network reported. Regarding whether OpenClaw frantically charges users, Tencent Cloud replied by mentioning a screenshot circulating on social media which shows a user averting high fees after installing OpenClaw during Tencent Cloud's charity installation event, accumulating over RMB200. Tencent Cloud responded by stating that, after backend investigation and verification, the fee was linked to the user's previous historical model invocation costs. They clarified that the installation of OpenClaw itself is free, but if large models are invoked during use, token fees will be incurred.
