The broker believed that this setback, along with the layoff of 200 local employees, may provide positive insights for competitors like Didi and iFood, potentially alleviating pressure on Didi's assumption of international business EBITDA loss in 2026. Nevertheless, MEITUAN-W (03690.HK) continued to face intense competition in its China business. Therefore, Citi Research kept rating at Neutral/ High Risk, with a target price of $94.
