Zhang Jun, President of the Supreme People's Court, delivered the Supreme People's Court Work Report at the second plenary meeting of the fourth session of the 14th National People's Congress this morning (9th) at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, CCTV reported.

In 2025, efforts were made to rectify "involution" competition, reinforce anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition judiciary, and identify 27 monopoly cases, report said.

It also involved hearing cases of two major e-commerce companies abusing market dominance through "choose one of two" practices, guiding both parties towards mutual benefit and promoting consumption.
