BABA-W (09988.HK)'s AI assistant Qianwen is making an official foray into the AI hardware sector, according to an exclusive report by Securities Times. This year, it will launch various forms of AI hardware products targeting the global market. Qianwen will reportedly unveil its first AI glasses, sharing the same name, at the 2026 MWC in Barcelona, Spain. Pre-orders will begin next Monday (March 2) through both online and offline channels. In addition to AI glasses, Qianwen plans to release and sell AI rings and AI earphones globally within the year, the report also cited an internal source from Alibaba as revealing.
