HAIZHI TECH GP (02706.HK) announced that it had recently entered into a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with KNOWLEDGE ATLAS (02513.HK). Pursuant to the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement, the company and KNOWLEDGE ATLAS will engage in strategic cooperation in areas such as model training and implementation of application scenarios. The Company is principally engaged in developing Atlas graph solutions and industry-level intelligent agents by integrating knowledge graphs and large language models, and offering industry-level AI solutions. Knowledge Atlas is a leading AI company in China. The board of directors of the Company considers that by leveraging the parties’ respective technological strengths, industry expertise and market resources, the strategic cooperation contemplated under the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement will foster resource complementarity and synergistic development.
