CN Adds 20 JP Entities to Export Control List

China's Ministry of Commerce has decided to add Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Shipbuilding and 19 other Japanese entities to the export control list, citing that they are involved in enhancing Japan's military capabilities.

Accordingly, export operators are now prohibited from exporting dual-use items to these 20 entities, and foreign organizations and individuals are forbidden from transferring or providing dual-use items originating from China to these entities.
