Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) handled 5.51 million passengers and 34,445 flight movements in January 2026, representing YoY increases of 4.5% and 2.4% respectively. Passenger traffic registered steady growth in the first month of 2026, with a double-digit rise in the transfer/ transit passenger segment compared with the same period last year.
