Thailand's Minor International (MINT), one of Asia's largest hotel groups, is weighing a ring-fence of its restaurant business for a listing in Hong Kong, Bloomberg reported, citing sources.

Minor Food, the parent company of the Burger King and Dairy Queen brands, is considering a Hong Kong listing as early as this year to raise over USD400 million, sources divulged.
