Following its H-share listing, KNOWLEDGE ATLAS (02513.HK) is advancing its A-share listing plan, according to a report by the Cailian Press. As disclosed by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), KNOWLEDGE ATLAS has withdrawn its advisory filing submitted in April 2025 and registered a new advisory filing. Besides CICC, it has now added Guotai Haitong Securities as another IPO advisory institution. The new advisory filing report also revealed KNOWLEDGE ATLAS' plans to pursue a listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market. AAStocks Financial News |
