In response to a prior application by China's solar-grade polysilicon industry, China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced that it will conduct an expiry review investigation on the anti-dumping measures applicable to solar-grade polysilicon imports originating from the US and South Korea, effective from tomorrow (14th).

According to relevant regulations, the MOC, based on the investigation results, proposed to the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council to continue the implementation of anti-dumping measures.
