Hang Seng Launches Lunar New Yr Campaign with e-Laisee and Prizes

Hang Seng Bank has launched a Lunar New Year campaign, including the distribution of e-Laisee and over 10,000 prizes in the lucky draw. Additionally, Hang Seng has introduced its first-ever “Good-as-new” notes withdrawal services at designated ATMs, and extended business hours at all street-level branches to facilitate the exchange of new banknotes for the Lunar New Year. From 6 February to 3 March 2026, customers who make transfers via the Hang Seng Mobile App using JustPay, the “Send e-Laisee” feature, or FPS, will be automatically entered into the Lucky Draw. Participants can win dining e-vouchers worth up to HK$888, and customers who are new to these payment features will receive 8 lucky draw entries for their first qualifying transaction. From 29 January 2026, customers can reserve their preferred date, time, and branch to collect new banknote packs. Each pack has a total value of HK$4,000. Hang Seng will provide its first-ever “good-as-new” notes withdrawal service, allowing customers to withdraw HK$20 and HK$50 notes from designated ATMs located at four MTR stations: Mong Kok Station, Tsim Sha Tsui Station, Central Station, Wanchai Station from 3 to 9 February 2026. All Hang Seng street-level branches will offer new banknote exchange services starting 3 February 2026, subject to availability.
