BLACK SESAME (02533.HK) announced the placement of 30.1319 million shares (around 4.49% of the enlarged share capital) to Shanghai Jixin Enterprise Management Limited Partnership, Shanghai Shuangchuang Jinhong Enterprise Management, and SpreadCom at a price of HKD18.88 per share, about a 13.24% discount to yesterday's (8th) closing price of HKD21.76. The placement is expected to net around HKD568 million.
