As indicated by industry insiders, Macau's GGR for the first seven days of December reached about MOP5.2 billion, averaging roughly MOP743 million per day, around 6% higher than November and around 27% higher than the same period last year, according to a report from Citi. Citi believes the event held at the Galaxy Arena on December 6 helped drive the strong start to the month. It has kept its conservative forecast for December's GGR at MOP22 billion, representing a 21% YoY increase and about 96% of the level recorded in November 2019.
