Chinese humanoid robot company GALBOT completed its shareholding reform procedures last month and is planning to float on Hong Kong bourse, with expectations to submit a listing application to the Stock Exchange as early as January 2026, as Tencent News "Yixian" earlier reported, quoting people familiar with the matter.

However, a company spokesperson responded that the listing rumors are not true, stating that the share reform is to meet future financing needs and aims to attract more investors, according to the National Business Daily.
