CN Mkt Retails 20.64M PVs YTD, Up 6% YoY: CPCA

In the first 23 days of November, 1.384 million passenger vehicles (PVs) were retailed in China, down 11% compared to the same period last November and 2% compared to the same period last month, according to data from the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA).
