CHINA VANKE Slips 5% as Multiple Bonds Reportedly Sink 20%+

After opening flat this morning (26th), CHINA VANKE (02202.HK) was thrown into a downtrend. It last traded at an intraday low of HKD3.93, down 5.1%, with a turnover of HKD369 million. CHINA VANKE's bonds stretched yesterday's (25th) downfalls today, with several of them even triggering temporary suspension with an intraday slump of over 20%, according to a report by Cailian Press. The company has RMB5.7 billion of medium-term notes maturing in December, and the market is highly concerned about its subsequent bond repayment arrangements. As shown by Wind data, as of today's morning close, "22 Vanke 02" sank over 29%, "21 Vanke 04" slid over 22%, "22 Vanke 06" and "22 Vanke 04" dived over 20%, and "21 Vanke 06" slipped over 17%.
