It last printed at $8.14, rallying 8.53%, with a trading volume of 10.1135 million shares, involving $81.1337 million. BBRIGHT SMART was previously acquired by Ant Group. It was recently announced that, given the timing considerations relating to the reporting procedures of the relevant authorities and the holiday period in 1Q26, both parties have entered into an amendment agreement, extending the Long Stop Date to 25 March 2026, with the amount of the Further Deposit increased from $141 million to $164 million.
