WERIDE-W (WRD.US) (00800.HK)'s autonomous taxi Robotaxi has been granted the first fully autonomous taxi license by the Swiss Federal Roads Office, allowing it to initiate autonomous driving operations on public roads in the Furttal area of Zurich. Robotaxi will conduct fully autonomous commercial operations as an important component of the iamo intelligent automated mobility pilot project.
