In September 2025, the average price of second-hand residential properties in 100 cities in Mainland China was RMB13,381 per square meter, representing an MoM drop of 0.74% and a YoY decline of 7.38%, according to the data from the China Index Academy (CIA). As of the end of September 2025, the second-hand home prices in 100 cities in Mainland China shrank for 41 straight months.
