TENCENT Reportedly Begins Marketing 3 Dim Sum Notes, Pricing as Early as Today

TENCENT (00700.HK) has begun marketing three Dim Sum notes, seeking to issue CNH-denominated notes with maturities of 5 years, 10 years, and 30 years, Bloomberg, citing people with the knowledge of the matter, reported. The initial guidance prices are 2.6%, 3%, and 3.6%, respectively, with pricing possibly as early as today (16th). This marks TENCENT's first bond issuance since April 2021. The proceeds from the proposed issuance of senior unsecured notes will be used for general corporate purposes. TENCENT currently has US$17.75 billion in outstanding notes, including a US$1 billion note maturing in January 2026 and a US$500 million note maturing in April 2026.
