Victor Lui, Deputy Managing Director of SHK PPT, stated that, due to robust market demand, the company decided to release the fourth price list, offering 133 units, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, ranging from 301 to 700 square feet. The list prices range from HKD3.849 million to HKD10.305 million, with per-square-foot prices between HKD11,910 and HKD15,438.
