By leveraging its navigation capabilities and intelligent algorithms, Amap can now analyze real-time information such as vehicle routes and traffic congestion to build a multi-dimensional model for detecting abnormal fare situations and accurately identifying malicious detours and other irregularities. Specifically, when fare fulminations occur during a trip because of objective factors like traffic congestion, Amap will proactively explain the reason to passengers. If a driver is found to have taken a malicious detour or charged an unreasonable fare, Amap will work with its partnered travel platforms to recalculate the fare, ensuring that passenger rights are fully protected.
