Many five-star hotels under Macau casinos still had room supply during the Labour Day Golden Week, but some three- and four-star hotels saw a relatively tight room supply, according to Allin News. It has been reported that, although the supply of hotel rooms in Macau was relatively abundant during 2025 Labour Day Golden Week, the room rates of some hotels remained quite stable. Of which, the room rate of Mandarin Oriental rose to more than $7,700 per night from more than $5,000 last year, representing a YoY increase of 54%, while the room rate of Londoner Macao also hiked by 36% YoY, with a price of $15,000 per night.
