Ant Group has recently convened a shareholders' meeting to consider and approve a profit distribution proposal, Securities Times reported.

According to the proposal, Ant Group will distribute dividends to all shareholders. Employees holding equity incentive tools will also enjoy the economic benefits corresponding to the dividend distribution.
