AIA (01299.HK) disclosed in a statement that it had repurchased 3.6 million shares of the company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 16. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HKD51.85 to HKD52.85 each, totaling approximately HKD189 million.
