XIAOMI-W (01810.HK) has delayed the launch of its latest electric vehicle (EV), the YU7, as well as consumer electronics such as the 15 Pro smartphone and AI glasses, in wake of a fatal accident involving its EV, the SU7, two weeks ago, according to local newspaper reports. These products were scheduled for release this Thursday (17th), but the company will reportedly postpone the launch date, with no confirmed new date set. Also, Xiaomi has postponed its Investor Day, originally planned for this month, to June and did not hold its annual Mi Fan Festival on the company’s founding anniversary (6th).
