Wang Lingjun, Deputy Director of the General Administration of Customs (GAC) of China, commented on 1Q25 trade performance. Regions, departments and trade entities in the country actively responded, despite increasing external challenges, so as to achieve a stable onset for China's foreign trade.

China promptly implemented necessary countermeasures to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests while defending international trade rules and fairness. China remains committed to high-level opening-up and mutually beneficial trade cooperation with other countries.
