CATHAY PAC AIR to Offer Seatback IFE, Seamless Connectivity Across Entire Fleet From Aug

CATHAY PAC AIR (00293.HK) announced that from August this year, it will offer both 100% seatback inflight entertainment (IFE) and 100% high-speed inflight connectivity across its fleet. General Manager Customer Experience Design Guillaume Vivet said that the airline understands the importance its customers place on having access to top-notch entertainment and reliable connectivity when they travel. Since introducing seatback IFE for the first time in 1992, CATHAY PAC AIR has continuously invested in inflight digital innovations to enhance the customer experience, Vivet noted. The airline’s commitment to excellence was further solidified this year when it introduced 4K HDR, offering 4K ultra-high-definition screens and a broader color range inflight to create a more immersive, enjoyable and intuitive viewing experience.
