According to what the Shanghai Observer learned from the 21st Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition press conference, this year's auto show will be held from April 25 to May 2, 2025, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), with a total exhibition area of more than 360,000 square meters. With nearly 1,000 well-known Chinese and international companies from 26 countries and regions invited for participation, the range of participating countries is broader, and the scale and exhibition area have set fresh records. The public open days for the exhibition are from April 27 to May 2. In terms of vehicle brands, Chinese brands such as SAIC Motor, FAW, Dongfeng, Geely, and BYD will participate fully, alongside international brands like Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW.
