Since its listing on the A-share market, CHINA MOBILE (00941.HK) (600941.SH) has repurchased and canceled a total of 18.529 million H-shares for a total amount of about $1.07 billion, CHINA MOBILE said. Of which, 3.105 million H-shares were repurchased and canceled in 2024, worth about $205 million. The Company will take the opportunity to make repurchases when it is beneficial to the protection of the rights and interests of all shareholders, taking into account the overall situation of the capital market and in compliance with the regulatory rules.
