GWMOTOR (02333.HK) announced its strategic cooperation agreement with Yushu Technology (Unitree Robotics). Both parties will collaborate in areas such as robot technology and intelligent manufacturing, including humanoid robot technology, quadruped robot technology, hardware and software development for robot bodies, intelligent control systems, and smart spatial solutions. Besides, GWMOTOR plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB0.45 per share to all shareholders for FY2024. The company noted that it maintained a cash dividend payout ratio exceeding 30% for three straight years, with a total cash dividend of approximately RMB8.95 billion over the past three years.
