The Board agreed to repurchase its A shares through centralized bidding transaction, according to MIDEA GROUP (00300.HK)'s announcement.

The repurchase amount shall not be less than RMB1.5 billion and shall not exceed RMB3 billion, while the repurchase price shall not exceed RMB100 per share. The sources of funds are self-owned funds and self-financing, and the repurchase period will be within 12 months.
