INTERRA ACQ-Z (07801.HK) announced that all Class A shares have been redeemed and canceled, and all listed warrants already expired on April 3. Pursuant to a letter from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has confirmed that the last day of listing of the securities will be on April 9, and the listing of the securities will be canceled under Rule 18B.74 of the Listing Rules with effect from 9:00 am on April 10 (Thursday).
