BABA-W (09988.HK) (BABA.US) announced that the Zhejiang Provincial Government had inked a strategic cooperation agreement with Alibaba Group and Ant Group. Under the agreement, the trio will focus on "prioritizing high-quality development, targeting the reduction of the 'three major gaps' as the main direction, leveraging reform and innovation as the fundamental driving force, and meeting the people’s aspirations for a better life as the core purpose".
