TENCENT (00700.HK) announced that Tencent Cloud had inked a strategic cooperation agreement with Hangzhou Deshi Biotechnology. Both parties will collaborate on upgrading medical imaging intelligence and enhancing precision healthcare services, aiming to build a new intelligent medical system that integrates technology, ecosystem development, and industrial synergy, driving AI in healthcare toward systematic value creation. Pursuant to the agreement, the duo will further integrate Tencent Aimis’ open experimental platform, imaging AI capabilities, and Deshi’s iMedImage foundation model to create a multi-modal intelligent imaging hub system. Leveraging a "cloud + edge" architecture, this system will extend diagnostic capabilities downward, accelerating the deployment of top-tier hospital-level diagnostics to thousands of grassroots medical institutions. Deshi and Tencent will also utilize digital platforms such as WeChat and Tencent Health to establish a "device + service + data" business model, jointly promoting standards for AI training in medical imaging and data security.
