To implement the requirements of the "Clean Energy Vehicle Development Plan in Hainan Province" and the "Several Measures to Encourage the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) in Hainan Province from 2023 to 2025", the Hainan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology plans to select a third-party institution to undertake the 2025 NEV Going Countryside Campaign, according to the Securities Times.
