HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) is in advanced talks to sell its German fund management business to BlackFin Capital Partners, Bloomberg quoted sources as saying. The German subsidiary has about EUR400 billion (US$436 billion) of assets under administration, and the two parties are finalizing the terms of the deal, which could be announced in a few weeks, the report added.
