TENCENT (00700.HK)(TCEHY.US) new headquarters, the "Internet+" Future Technology City (also known as "Penguin Island"), located in Qianhai Dachan Bay Port Area, is undergoing accelerated construction, Chinese media reported. The first phase of the Penguin Island project, encompassing Blocks 04 and 05, is predicted to see its initial batch delivered by June 2025. Block 05 includes apartments, cultural and sports facilities, educational institutions, and supporting amenities, with the dormitory buildings offering over 4,000 apartment units. Property management staff already moved into the apartments to prepare for the upcoming initial delivery, report said.
