According to the latest labour force statistics (i.e. provisional figures for December 2024 - February 2025) released by the Census and Statistics Department (C&SD), the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate increased from 3.1% in November 2024 - January 2025 to 3.2% in December 2024 - February 2025, higher than market expectations of being maintained at 3.1%.
