Overnight (17th), NIO-SW (09866.HK) (NIO.US) and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) (300750.SZ) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Ningde, Fujian. Both parties will collaborate to build a battery-swapping network covering NIO’s full range of passenger vehicles, unify industry technical standards, and deepen capital and business ties to provide more efficient energy solutions for users.
