Li Chunlin, Deputy Director of China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), said at a press conference of the State Council Information Office that the “Special Action Plan for Boosting Consumption” includes policies such as childcare subsidies and labor wages, which are being actively formulated by the relevant departments, and will be issued one after another. After the release of the proposal, a number of specific departmental work proposals will be issued, and various policies will be further refined and implemented. As a next step, the NDRC will work with the relevant departments to implement the plan in accordance with the division of responsibilities, strengthen the coordination and linkage, improve the working mechanism and support local regions to explore practical measures according to local conditions.
