The Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission and the Shenzhen Finance Bureau jointly issued the "Shenzhen Implementation Plan for Supporting Consumer Goods Trade-In with Ultra-Long-Term Special Treasury Bond Funds (2025)".

The Plan comprises subsidies for purchasing three categories of digital products, such as mobile phones. Individual consumers buying mobile phones, tablets, and smartwatches or fitness bands will receive a subsidy equivalent to 15% of the product’s sales price, capped at a maximum sales price of RMB6,000 per item.

Each consumer is eligible for a subsidy on one item per category, with a maximum subsidy of RMB500 per item. Notably, consumers who received subsidies for a specific category of digital products in 2024 can still qualify for subsidies when purchasing the same category in 2025.
