CNBM (03323.HK) announced that the repurchase offer had been completed, and nearly 842 million H-shares repurchased by the company were canceled on March 12. The total number of issued shares of CNBM has decreased from 8.435 billion to 7.593 billion shares, while the total number of issued H-shares has dropped from 4.558 billion to 3.716 billion H-shares.
