Ping An Life Insurance, a subsidiary of PING AN (02318.HK) (601318.SH), increased its holdings in CM BANK (03968.HK) (600036.SH) on March 6, according to the latest disclosure on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website. Ping An Life Insurance acquired 7.1825 million H-shares of CM BANK in an on-market transaction, involving approximately $336 million.
