SITC Gains Expand to 5% After Midday as 2024 NP Soars 90%+, Final Div. Surges 1.8x

SITC (01308.HK) announced its 2024 annual results at noon today (10th), with net profit rocketing by over 90% during the period and final dividend greatly increased. SITC's gain expanded after midday. The stock once advanced 5.5% to a high of $18.78, and last elevated 5.1% to $18.7, with a turnover of $109 million. The Group's turnover leaped by 25.9% YoY to US$3.058 billion. Net profit rocketed by 93.5% YoY to US$1.028 billion, with EPS standing at US$39 cents. A final dividend of $1.4 was declared, up 1.8x YoY, equivalent to around US$18 cents, compared to a dividend of $50 cents (equivalent to about US$6 cents) in the same period last year.
