He Xiaopeng, a deputy to the National People's Congress and chairman of XPENG-W (09868.HK) (XPEV.US) said to media at the Two Sessions that the company plans to mass-produce "modular flying cars" next year as the push of national policies and the development of the entire automotive industry chain is advancing China's "low-altitude economy" rapidly.
