SANDS CHINA LTD (01928.HK) announced that Robert Glen Goldstein will step down from his position as the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company and as the Chairman and a member of the Nomination Committee with effect from 1 March 2026. Effective on that date, Goldstein will transition from the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Las Vegas Sands Corp., the Company's controlling shareholder, to the role of senior advisor to LVS. It is Goldstein's intention to devote more time and effort to his LVS senior advisor role, which will be his sole position with LVS, its affiliates, and subsidiaries. AAStocks Financial News |
