BIDU-SW (09888.HK) announced the issuance of RMB10 billion senior unsecured notes, which consists of RMB7.5 billion of 2.7% notes due 2030 and RMB2.5 billion of 3% notes due 2035. The company expects to close the notes offering on or about next Wednesday (12th), subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
